Lista della spesa - 2 melanzane - 300 g di pomodorini - 200 g di pane - 60 g di parmigiano grattugiato - Basilico - Sale e Olio Procedimento: - Tagliate le melanzane a fette spesse circa 2 centimetri, adagiatele su una teglia oliata ungendole da entrambe le parti e cuocete in forno a 180° per 25 minuti. - Nel frattempo, frullate il pane, trasferitelo in una ciotola, aggiungete il parmigiano, i pomodorini tagliati a pezzettini, il basilico e un bel giro d'olio e mescolate per far amalgamare bene gli ingredienti. - Una volta che le melanzane saranno pronte, versateci sopra la gratinatura e rimettetele nuovamente in forno a 180°per 25 minuti.
