INGREDIENTES: massa: - 1 xícara de farinha - 1 xícara de água - pitada de sal Basta bater muito bem essa massa até ficar bem homogênea, você vai pincelar em uma frigideira antiaderente, como mostro no vídeo. Ela não pode ficar muito grossa. A massa desgruda natural do fundo da panela essa é a hora de retirar a massa. Para o recheio usei carne moída cozida e um refogado de legumes e outros recheei com requeijão e o restante dos legumes. Nesse refogado vai : Abobrinha, cenoura, cebola, pimentão amarelo, sal e azeite. (Fica maravilhoso) Dobre a massa com cuidado para que o recheio não escape, é simples de fazer, a gente pega o jeito. Pincele azeite por cima e leve para assar na air fryer a 180 graus por 20 minutos ou até estar douradinho, e estar pronto.
