Festive Pasta with Shrimp and Tomato Bisque Sauce 🍤🍅
Ingredients: For the bisque sauce: 1 onion 1 clove of garlic Heads of 4 shrimp 1 teaspoon tomato paste 1kg ice or cold water For the pasta: 250g cherry tomatoes 5 basil leaves 1 ladle of bisque sauce Salt and pepper to taste 4 large shrimp Extra virgin olive oil 250g paccheri pasta Instructions: Sauté the onion with the clove of garlic. Then add the shrimp heads, a teaspoon of tomato paste, 1kg of ice (or cold water), and boil for an hour. Remove the shrimp heads, reduce the sauce by half, and set aside. In a pan, sauté the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and basil, then deglaze with the bisque sauce. Once the sauce has reduced, cook the pasta in salted water. Toss the pasta with the sauce, add the shrimp, and finally, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Serve
