Lubricating joints and gentling saying hello to areas we’re going to get to know later. ▪️ SPINE LOVE Being at the centre of the body and the centre of all movement I’ll always add in spinal movement. Whether that’s flexion/extension/ - Lateral flexion/rotation - or all of the above! ▪️ Theme based. None of this is generic, like I said above I use it as the gentle hello to areas we’re going to get to know a little bit better later on. This way everything is intention and as you can see this
