Honey Buffalo Chicken Tenders
30min · 9 servings 400g Chicken breast, cut into thick strips 1/4 tsp of each - Onion granules, garlic granules, ground black pepper, smoked paprika and salt. For dredging- Plain flour Corn flakes, crushed 2 eggs, beaten For the sauce- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce 2 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp Melted butter Method Step 1 - In a bowl add the chicken pieces then mix in all of the seasonings, coating them well. Step 2 - Take a strip and coat it in flour, then egg and then the cornflakes, set aside. Continue with the remaining chicken pieces. Step 3 - Set your air fryer to 190, and spray the tray with a little oil. Place the chicken tenders in a single layer. Cook for 16 minutes, turning half way through. Step 4- whilst your waiting, combine the ingredients for the sauce and pour into a bowl
