Every year we have the pleasure to host one of the world’s foremost experts on wines, Mr. Roy Hersh, founder of For The Love Of Port, a subscription based online publication that focuses wines of Portugal, who stays in one of our apartments to make the yearly wine tasting. Roy’s hard job 😅 has several requirements. Immaculate apartment, fresh and stable temperature, no smells, with notable thermal and acoustic insulation, staminé for support and so on.
