Homemade Peach Ring Gummies Recipe
Blend 180g peaches until smooth; optionally strain. Sprinkle 14g gelatin over 2 tbsp lemon juice, stir, and let sit for 5 minutes. Heat peach puree with 2 tbsp honey/agave in a saucepan until hot (over 120˚F) but not boiling. Add the gelatin mixture to the puree, stirring until dissolved. Cool for 5 minutes. Divide mixture into 2 bowls; optionally add 1½ tsp tart cherry concentrate to one bowl. Use droppers to fill molds, then refrigerate for 1.5 hours. Put 1 tablespoon of honey in each spot. Remember to leave some space between them) • - Place 1 teaspoon of pistachios over the honey and arrange sliced apples on top. • - Put a round-cut puff pastry sheet over the apples, press the edges, and brush with egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. • - After baking, flip the desserts and serve by dusting powdered sugar on top. • Bon appétit! (S)
