At what temperature should wine be served? - In short, serving temperature has everything to do with the wine’s style. A good analogy is this: Would you drink lemonade warm? Of course not! That’s why white wines taste better chilled. It’s because their sugar, acidity and alcohol structure make them better suited for colder temperatures.
