This luxurious house is an exquisite reflection of A360's signature style with a harmonious blend of the client’s identity, aspirations and reflection of their personality.

Sprawling around 2128 sq.ft of area, this flat for a family of 6 is underpinned by cohesive weaving of discrete characters. This contemporary home is designed with minimalistic style, calming colours and clean lines, with a play of customized wall art.

Their brief was to have an Open, Airy and Warm home with an amalgam of contemporary and Indian-folksy aesthetics where amber is befitting in every which way.

The idea was to give an open floor plan without any visual barriers. The space has a clean layout and appears even larger due to natural light in the house. Each space has different mood board yet some common material palate to create an overall language. This 4bhk contemporary home with diverse material palette is an abode designed for a family of 5 including 2 couples and a beautiful baby girl.

Blend of traditional and contemporary interior design- wood - curves - rattan jaali - connected to roots - warm - earthy - lived-in - homely The designed experience of the Jigna-Dharmesh residence begins before you enter the house. Indian households traditionally do not allow outdoor footwear in the house. In apartments, this often leads to an unsightly pile of footwear in common areas, at the entrances.

The design challenge of the low ceiling height was met by keeping the false ceiling as low as possible, allowing for a feeling of grandeur and spaciousness upon entering. Each element, from the entrance door to the living area, was carefully chosen to embody the essence of "Swasthi" - a contemporary and luxurious house for a modern Indian family to find peace in the hustle and bustle of life."

We had to design this house for a family of 4 who started with very humble beginnings. Though luxury is what they all like to soak in, they love to make their family and friends a part of their journey and celebrations. Their brief was very clear – they wanted a residence that was spacious, chic and smart. They wished to have a house having modern amenities, technology and designed with Vastu principles. This was their dream home, that they could use to the best of it's ability.
