Today i am sharing with you Hyderabadi style Sheer Khurma recipe with you. In this recipe I used Condensed Milk replaced with white sugar. Condensed milk enhances the taste and texture of the payasam recipe. 

Ingredients:

Seviya- 100 gms(1 cup)
350 gms Condensed Milk
1 litre Milk
4 tbsp Ghee
3-4 Dry Kahjur
15 Cashews
7-8 Badam
10-12 Pista
1 pinch Saffron
1 tbsp Rose Water
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder

Shubhangini | Food Blogger on Instagram: "Eid Special Sheer Khurma 🌙 💛  SAVE IT TO TRY SOON  👩‍🍳 INGREDIENTS : 8-10 almonds 8-10 cashews  12-15 pistachios  5 dried dates / kharek 2 tbsp charoli / chironji  Soak all the above ingredients in water for 4-5 hours. Later chop them into slices or small pieces.
