Hello Foodies!!

Today’s special recipe is Sambar rice. This recipe is so delicious and can be prepared easily at home by following the simple steps and procedure outlined in this video.

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup Soaked Tovar Dal
1 cup Rice
3.5 cups Water to cook Rice & Dal

1/2 cup Tamarind extract(extrached from 50 gms seedless tamarind)
1- 1.1/2 tbsp Chili Powder
Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1.5 tbsp Sambar Podi
1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder

Vegetables
1/2 cup Onions
1 Tomato Choppings
5-6 Pumpkin cubes
5-6 Carrot strips
5-6 Cauliflower florets
5-6 Radish/Raw Banana/Bhindi/Brinjal
2 slit Green chilies
2 sprigs Curry Leaves
1 pinch Fenugreek
2 Dry Chilies
1.5 cups Hot Water
2 tbsp Ghee
Coriander choppings
