It’s a couple of hours condensed into a minute 😳 I have also made a story with some written instructions so I would suggest you look at both if you’re wanting to make one. I don’t know the gauge of the wire. It’s strong enough to hold the shape but not so thick that it won’t bend easily or go through the holes in the buttons (although you might find that some holes are just too small). You will probably find that most of the larger buttons are brownish (having come from coats) just use them as a base and add the colours to them. You can also find some very beautiful mop buttons that are larger and some really interesting deco buttons.
