Ingredients: Toor dal – 1 Cup Onion – 1 Large sized Garlic – 6 Cloves Tomato – 2 Large sized  Fresh coriander – 1/4 Cup Curry Leaves – 1 Sprig Jeera – 1 Spoon . Step 1: In a pressure cooker, combine Toor dal, onion, garlic, tomatoes, fresh coriander, curry leaves, jeera, add water and cook for 3-4 whistles. Set aside. Step 2: In a blender, add 1/4 cup of coconut, a lemon-sized piece of tamarind, 1/4 cup of fresh coriander & grind into a fine paste and set aside. Step 3: In a kadai (pan), add drumsticks, potatoes, and salt. Boil for 7-8 minutes, then add chopped brinjal and cook for another 3-4 minutes before turning off the heat.
