But what we do know is that coffee has been used by various cultures for thousands of years. It all started in 500 AD when a goat-herder named Kaldi first noticed his goats becoming hyper after eating some wild fruit from a tree that was to become known as Coffea Arabica. And it began to make its way across civilizations throughout the world.
