This was one of the first Pinterest ideas I ever pinned, early in 2012. Unfortunately we had a very mild winter so I had to wait till this year. Winter Project for the Kids! When its freezing outside fill water balloons and add a little food coloring into each one. Tie and place outside until frozen. Once frozen remove balloon and you are left with colorful ice globes.
