Children designed their own hand prints during transition day then I used these to create a flower display for the classroom.

Cut out flower petals and write each child’s name on one Have the parents write down 3 adjectives about their child on the petal Let the kids decorate it This gave me a few minutes to chat with the parents while the kids colored and makes for a cute door decoration those first few weeks!"

Our Theme this week was Friends in School! So the kidos all painted the pedals and we put them all together to make Our Friendship Flower
