Emilee on Instagram: "Sharing some activities we did along with the book The Color Monster! If you haven’t read the book, it’s a cute one about a monster who learns to identify emotions. I drew the color monster on some cardboard and then my kids painted him. I found these jar printables from @morningstogether (it’s a freebie!) In the book, the monster separates each emotion into its own jar. We talked about the different emotions in the book, along with how we were feeling at that moment. We also talked about different scenarios (example: your sister takes your toy 🤪) and how we might feel in that situation, how another person might feel, etc. We had a lot of fun with this one and will definitely be revisiting this book in the near future. Have you ever read it??" Color Monster Craft, Monster Emotions, The Color Monster, Identify Emotions, Color Monster, Monster Activities, Monster Craft, Therapeutic Art, Different Emotions
