Ingredients:

To Boil Chana:
1 Cup Kabuli Chana
Just Enough Water to Cover Chana in pressure cooker
1tsp Salt
1tsp Sugar

For Paste:
2- 3 Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Boiled Chana

For Chana Masala Gravy
4tbsp Oil
Whole Spices - 1 Bay Leaf, 2 Cinnamon Sticks, 3 Cloves, 2 Green Cardamoms, 1 Star Anise
1tsp Fennel Seeds
3 Green Chillies Slitted
1 Onion
1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
1tbsp K. Red Chilli Powder
1tsp Cumin Powder
1tbsp Coriander Powder
Tomato & Chana Paste
1/2tbsp Chole Masala
Boiled Chana
2tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1tsp Sugar
1/2tsp Garam Masala
1tbsp Coriander Leaves

Method:
1. Soak chana for 7 - 8 hrs or overnight.
