I don’t do intense strength training, maybe someday but right now I prioritize tons of walking and about 2-3 20 minute fully body sessions with weights per week.  This is achievable and realistic for me to stay consistent with, and consistency is everything for me.  These reps are a combination of @barmethod and @onepeloton exercises I like.
