If you can’t afford to go completely organic, choose to buy organic when it comes to the foods that are contaminated with the most pesticides (the “Dirty Dozen”). The “Clean Fifteen” are the foods that use the least amount of pesticides than any other crops. It is okay to buy non-organic.
