Tridosha balancing yoga
Traditional Tantra Yoga is a gentle and meditative style of yoga. Yet it is powerful too: we hold our asanas (postures) long. Postures are mixed with breathing exercises and savasana (corpse pose) to fully integrate the effects of our practice. We practice a sequence called the 'Tridosha Balancing Series'. This sequence is culturing strength and flexibility in the body while allowing the body to fully relax at the same time. The sequence is balancing for Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
