Ingredients: Mixed greens Roasted bell peppers Tomatoes, sliced Cucumbers, sliced Red onion, thinly sliced Olives, pitted and halved Feta cheese, crumbled Balsamic vinaigrette Instructions: In a large serving dish, layer the mixed greens, roasted bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and olives.
