VEGAN KAISERSCHMARREN🥰 🫶RECIPE (4 servings, 20min prep time): -the water of 1 can chickpeas -1/2 Tsp each baking powder and corn starch Whip it up until stiff peaks. -180g flour -5 Tbsp sugar -1 cup (250ml) plant milk -1 Tsp baking powder -2 Tbsp apple sauce Whisk. Then stir in the Aquafaba. Heat up oil or v. butter in a big pan and add half of the batter. Put the lid on for about 5mins. 25min · 1 serving Já me segue no Instagram para receber mais receitas • Usei • - 300g de tofu • - 2xic de leite neutro • - 1 c.s de amido de milho • - 3c.s de molho de tomate • - páprica defumada • - limão • - shoyu • - 1 dente de alho - 1 cebola Preparo • - depois de secar o tofu corte ele em tubinhos e deixe marinando no alho, shoyu e limão. • Depois frite ele em uma frigideira antiaderente com pouco óleo e reserve. • Na mesma frigideira refogue a cebola e acrescente o leite neutro com amido de milho diluído, adicione o molho de tomate, acerte o sal e adicione páprica defumada, mexa até ficar cremoso. • Quando já estiver cremoso pode colocar gotas de limão e coentro que vai dar um sabor incrível e adicionar o tofu. E tá prontinho pra comer com arroz ou macarrão ;)
