Good morning everyone  super fruity #breakfast this morning - @musclefooduk protein crepes stuffed with @alpro Go On strawberries pink lady apple and @grazedotcom  Cherry & Chocolate granola! I then finished it off with a drizzle of strawberry syrup after the photo  . I feel so positive - it's amazing. National pizza day falls on the same day as my birthday.  Coincidence?  Ruby's special barbecue pulled pork and coleslaw pizza with nachos and beer.  Although it was my birthday today I still hit the gym early this morning.  Because I'm so dedicated to my training that I sacrifice some of my day to do it?  No because ultimately I train for the love of training and i want to spend the day doing things I enjoy.  The rest of the day will be spent with Mrs_thebeltsander and the baby relaxing not…
