"An eastbound BNSF Q train passes over a beautiful waterfall east of Skykomish, WA just after passing over the Foss River Trestle."--Would you climb up underneath this bridge? Would you stay when a train came?
Durango was founded by the Denver & Rio Grande Railway in 1880. The railroad arrived in Durango on August 5, 1881 and construction on the line to Silverton began in the fall of the same year. By July of 1882, the tracks to Silverton were completed and the train began hauling both passengers and freight.
♂ train snow. I'm loving this one. Train rides are like river boats, one is able to see many different scenes & sites not seen otherwise. Riverboat cruises and tug boat employees can enjoy deer romping or grazing along the river bank, endangered eagles and gorgeous landscape year round. God is the master artist!
