BBQ Pulled Pork Pizza... My Review: Love this recipe! Made a few changes to the toppings: 1) Instead of chipotle chili powder, I sprinkled the sauce w/ cayenne pepper & garlic powder. 2) Then, I put an even layer of grated parm cheese. 3) I put an extra 2T of BBQ sauce on the pulled pork, so it wouldn't dry out. (Don't skip this - it's important!) 4) Sprinkled shredded cheddar on top. 5) Brushed the outer crust w/ a mix of olive oil & garlic powder. I can't wait to make this recipe again!
