500 g de abóbora em pedaços • 2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar • 2 xícaras (chá) de leite • 4 ovos • 1 colher (sopa) de manteiga • 4 colheres (sopa) de amido de milho • 1 colher (de chá) de canela em pó • 2 colheres (chá) de baunilha • 1 xícara (chá) de coco fresco ralado • 1 xícara (chá) de açúcar (caramelizar ) Modo de preparo: Cozinhe a abóbora com 1 xícara (chá) de água até que fique macia. Escorra o líquido e bata-a no liqüidificador com os demais ingredientes, exceto o coco fresco ralado.

Butternut Squash Purée According to recipe it's supposed to make 1-2 cups. Mine made more like 4 cups so I had to adjust spices. Also, hard to get the blender to blend it (and I have a Ninja) First I added a couple more tablespoons of butter and then I kept adding small bits of water until I was happy with it. Good flavor. Can't wait to use it!
