Pour 10 flans : 3 carottes - 80 g comté sans croûte - 1 oeuf - 20 cl crème semi liquide - 2 càs farine - Sel poivre Recette : Epluchez et lavez carottes. Râpez comté et carottes. Battez oeuf + crème + farine. Salez et poivrez. Ajoutez carottes et comté. Mélangez. Disposez dans de petits moules en silicone. Enfournez 20 minutes à 180°C. A déguster chaud ou tiède
