Moment in time: Sept. 6, 1992 — When a moose hunter found Christopher McCandless’s body tucked into a sleeping bag on an old Fairbanks City bus, he weighed a scant 67 pounds. Off Alaska’s Stampede Trail, the 24-year-old from Virginia had been dead for more than two weeks, likely of starvation.
Into the wild (2007) such a moving film. I do tend to over analyze things, but this movie really shook me to my core. Beautifully tragic. The fact that it's based off of true events makes it even more emotional.
Into the Wild. 2/5. Un film qui partage les gens... Pour ma part je n'ai pas accroché plus que ça mais il faudrait que je le revoie une deuxième fois.
"Into the Wild. I'll take this soul that's inside me now, like a brand new friend, I'll forever know. I've got this light, and the will to show, I will always be better than before.
Into the Wild. This is one of my favorites movies in the world. Emile Hirsch is fantastic.
An excerpt from "Into the Wild," by Jon Krakauer. I love his writing...he challenges so many of our belief systems backed by such amazing research. A true thinker, and a daring writer, for sure!
This was a very important film for me beginning of my high school career. It helped me sort my priorities and what really matters. All in all it made me realize how happiness is best when shared.
