Crab Bombs 1 lb Crabmeat 1 C Ritz Crackers, crushed 1 t Old Bay Seasoning 2 T Parsley, chopped 1 Egg 1 t Mustard 2 T Lemon Juice 1 T Worcestershire Remove any stray shell fragments from crabmeat. Add crushed crackers, Old Bay and parsley. Whip eggs, mustard, juice and Worcestershire. Add egg mixture to crabmeat and mix gently as not to break lumps of crabmeat. Mold into golf-ball size and place on cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes. Drizzle w/melted butter and allow to cool.
