Cinnamon roll pancakes 🥞 Pancake batter: 30g unsalted butter, melted & cooled slightly 1 large egg, lightly beaten, room temp 110ml milk (any), room temp 120g plain flour 2 tbsp caster sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt Cinnamon swirl: 30g unsalted butter, melted & cooled 40g light brown sugar 2 tsp cinnamon Cream cheese icing: 30g cream cheese, room temp 30g unsalted butter, softened 40g icing sugar Makes about 6 pancakes Tips: Don't swirl the cinnamon mix too close to the edge of the p
Cinnamon Rolls Pancakes
All you need: • Birch Benders Organic Original Pancake Mix Cinnamon Filling: • 1/3 cup butter, melted • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed • 1 Tbs cinnamon Glaze: • 4 Tbs butter • 2 oz cream cheese • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar • 1 tsp vanilla extract Instructions: • Make filling by mixing butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Scoop the filling into a small zip baggie and set aside. Make pancake batter according to directions. Pour batter in the pan and squeeze a spiral of the filling onto the top of the pancake. Cook and flip. Make glaze by heating the butter and cream cheese until melted. Whisk together until smooth, then whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla. Top the pancakes with glaze.
