1.5K reactions · 35 shares | Boursin Bruschetta Dip Appetizer The best dip of the summer!!! 1. 2 garlic and herb @boursincheese almost room temp 2. 3-4 tomatoes seeds and juice removed- diced 3. 3 - 4 garlic cloves minced 4. Handful of fresh basil chopped 5. 1.5 tablespoons Olive oil 6. 1.5 tablespoon Balsamic glaze 7. 1/4 teaspoon salt , pepper and chili flakes 8. More basil for garnish 1. Spread cheese into a shallow plate like a pie plate . 2. Optional, I baked my cheese at 350° for 10 minutes to soften. This is optional you can serve at room temperature without putting in the oven. 3. Dice your tomatoes, make sure to remove the seeds and the juice. 4. Season diced tomatoes with minced garlic, salt, pepper, chili flakes, olive oil, and balsamic glaze. Give it a good mix. 5. Top the cheese with the tomato mix. 6. Drizzle olive oil, balsamic glaze, basil and serve with crostini or crackers. 7. Perfect with cocktails or cocktails or cold beer. Today, I thought we'd make chicken cream cheese crescent rolls because you all know I love to do things with crescent rolls. So, let's start out. I'm going to use some leftover chicken. If you don't have leftover, you can just boil some chicken Now, we're going to shred it. So, I went ahead and boiled mine a little bit longer because it wasn't it wasn't that tender yet. So, I boiled it, boiled it about another 15 minutes. Alright, so now we're going to take our chicken and just shred it up Alright, toss this into a mixing bowl. To this, we're going to add one brick of cream cheese. I went ahead and softened it. A little. A fourth a teaspoon of salt, 4th a teaspoon pepper, and a fourth of teaspoon garlic powder and one cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Now, we're just going to mix this up bread bar cookie sheet and I'm just going to spray it. Alright. Now, instead of dividing this into eights, we're only going to divide it into four like so and then we're just kind of kind of take our fingers and close up that last little line So now, we're going to put a large dollop of our chicken mixture into each of our crescent rolls and then just fold them over. Alright. Now, I've melted 2 tablespoons of butter. I'm just going to brush that on top Now I'm going to pop this into a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Just until they're brown on top. Alright, these are finished. Fresh out of the oven. This will be a good dinner for my nephew tonight and he won't even realize we're using leftover chicken. Getting rid of some leftovers because these days who can afford to throw away leftovers. It's insane. Go on. Very hot but very good.
