It looks good with natural lighting or rooms without any light-like our closet. This walk in closet is made up of Ikea pax units that I primed with Benjamin Moore INSL-X, and then finished with a coat of Benjamin Moore Cabinet Coat tinted to in Carolina Gull with a Satin finish. I used 1/2” mdf sheets ripped down to make the slab doors and I found inexpensive brass pulls from Amazon. The pax units are built on top of 2x4’s laid flat on the ground. They’re pressure treated because they come in direct contact with concrete. I only wanted to raise them up 1 1/2” for my baseboard trim. That allowed me enough room to create the box moulding
