By Petra. She dry embossed the brown panel then punched stars from it. She splattered ink on the white panel, popped up the punched stars on it, & stamped a sentiment. The white panel was then matted on brown & on a white card base. She tied twine, looping it through a punched out star, before popping up the brown panel onto the card. This is a Christmas card, but the same idea would work for a patriotic card in red, white, & blue.
