Ingredients: • 14 oz Puff pastry • 1 lb apples (I used Gala) • 1/4 cup brown sugar • 2 tbs butter • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste/extract • 1/4 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp cinnamon • 2 tbs coarse sugar • Flour, for dusting Egg wash: • 1 egg, beaten • 1 tsp waster Toppings: • Powdered sugar • Vanilla ice- cream • Caramel sauce Method: • 1.
