dot on Instagram: "rather excited to share this matchy set since i haven’t been crocheting in a while! 💕🍒💕 it was inspired by the yummy hand dyed yarn from dear @mimi.k_makes, they immediately got me excited thinking what i could make with them 🙏🍭💕 the lovely textures from Kellie’s yarn have been framed with some solid cotton yarn i already had, that happened to be a good match 🫱🫲 to construct these i used patterns and teachings from @katiejonesknit’s wonderful book that i love so much, Hip to be square 🟪💥 i made the top at first and had enough yarn left so decided to make my first ever crochet skirt! i thought that would be more interesting and versatile as compared to making another dress :) 👗 i still need to sew in the ends and elastics haha, and will be taking more pictu
